We analyse and validate the reviews, information and source before uploading it on our website. CareerOppt has a lot of benefits for those who provide their valuable inputs on our website. Students can find a lot of colleges here with their ranking, reviews etc.

Who can write a review?

Students – Students who write a review will earn a lot of rewards from us. You can also invite your friends to write a review. By reviewing your college you provide information which is not mentioned in the prospectus. These reviews are helpful for upcoming students who need clarification in choosing a course or college. So we would want you write a review and encourage your friends also.

Alumnus – Students who were a former student of a particular college or institute can provide their valuable review on our website. You can write about your experience during the college and give suggestions.

What to review?

It is very important to know what you want to review about. What is the area where you want the readers to read your experience? The review can be about the following:

• Course – There are a lot of courses which are available to choose from. After studying a particular course or specialisation you get an idea as to what new aspirants would like to know about. Reviews can be for both undergraduate and post graduate courses. Some of the common courses are MBA, Law, Engineering, Medical, Arts and Literature etc. Even the specific courses can be reviewed like Executive MBA, distant learning course, PGDM, mechanical engineering, IT, English honours, Statistics honours etc. The more detailed course mention the more it will be helpful in choosing a stream for a candidate.
• College – Once a candidate decides their stream the next important step is to choose the right college. One particular course is offered by a lot of colleges. Any student who is currently pursuing education or is an alumnus of a particular college can write a review. You also get to rate your college. This will help the new candidates in knowing the view point of students of a college. The candidates usually get information from prospectus or website which is published by administration but at CareerOppt the information is from students’ side.

How to review?

Visit CareerOppt website and go to the review tab. On this tab we will ask you basic details like name, college name etc. Once you have selected your college name then you have to select the course or degree and the year of passing. The next step will be to rate your college.

You will be asked to write about your college or course. In case you are reviewing your college you can write on your experience based on faculty, infrastructure, hostel, placements, return on investment (affordability), students’ crowd, facilities, exposure, alumni base or any other experience. Write in detail about such experience and you can even post pictures. You will also get an option to give an anonymous review.

For reviewing a course provide information like how to prepare, the relevant qualifications or knowledge required, the growth prospect, market demand for the course, placements, difficulty level, how to apply or qualify etc. You can also write about the best college for a particular course and how to get it.

Importance of your review

The reviews provided by you are very important. Once the review is approved and published on the website, it will be accessible to a large number of people. It will help them in making the right choice for further education. CareerOppt promotes everyone to write about their experience and also some suggestions for their college.
